The agreed scope of work is documented before work begins. Any changes to the scope after agreement — additional features, revised deliverables, or extended timelines — must be mutually agreed and may affect the project cost. Changes are not assumed to be included in the original price unless explicitly confirmed.

Delays caused by late client feedback or missing content will not constitute a breach of the agreed timeline by InsightKIT.
Project deliverables are provided in the format agreed at the start of the engagement. InsightKIT does not guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, social media follower growth, or advertising performance — these depend on many factors outside our control. We do guarantee that the work delivered matches what was agreed in scope.
Minor tweaks and questions related to delivered work are supported after delivery as part of the engagement, at InsightKIT's reasonable discretion. Significant new work after delivery is a separate engagement and will be scoped and priced accordingly.
All content on this Site — including text, design, graphics, code, and project descriptions — is the intellectual property of Bhupender Verma / InsightKIT unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.
Upon receipt of full payment for a project, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for them — such as website code, written content, or custom tools — unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing.

Work delivered by InsightKIT may incorporate open-source libraries, APIs, or third-party tools. These remain subject to their respective licences. InsightKIT will disclose significant third-party dependencies as part of project delivery.
InsightKIT publishes browser extensions (including GMBInsight and Insight Video Grabber) available for purchase via Gumroad at insightkit.gumroad.com. The following terms apply to these products:
Purchase of a browser extension grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to install and use the extension on your own devices. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share access to the extension with others.
Extensions must be used in accordance with applicable law. GMBInsight is designed for legitimate lead generation and outreach purposes. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of exported data complies with applicable data protection laws and platform terms of service.
Updates to purchased extensions are provided at InsightKIT's discretion. We do not guarantee compatibility with future browser versions, but we make reasonable efforts to maintain functionality.
All extension purchases are processed through Gumroad. Gumroad's Terms of Service and refund policies apply to the transaction itself. InsightKIT's refund policy is described in Section 7.
Important: Browser extensions that interact with third-party websites (such as Google Maps) are subject to those websites' terms of service. InsightKIT is not responsible for changes to third-party websites that affect extension functionality.
Payment terms for service projects are agreed in writing before work begins. Typical terms involve a portion paid upfront before work starts, with the remainder due on delivery — the exact split is confirmed per project. InsightKIT does not begin work before the agreed upfront payment is received.
All prices are agreed in advance and documented in writing. InsightKIT does not change the agreed price after work has begun without the client's explicit written consent.
Browser extensions sold via Gumroad are priced as one-time purchases with lifetime access. Refunds for digital products are generally not provided once the product has been downloaded or accessed. If you experience a technical issue that prevents the extension from functioning as described, contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue or offer a refund at our discretion.
Where ongoing monthly services are agreed, either party may discontinue the arrangement with reasonable notice (typically 15 days). There are no lock-in contracts. Fees already paid for work already performed are non-refundable.
The InsightKIT website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantee that:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, InsightKIT's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of this Site or engagement of services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to InsightKIT in the 3 months preceding the claim.

If you are a current client with an active engagement when these Terms change, the terms agreed at the start of your engagement continue to apply to that engagement unless you agree to the updated Terms in writing.
